1:1 Somatic Coaching
Personalized nervous system-focused coaching to help you feel grounded and empowered. We’ll use movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic tools to regulate your stress response and build embodied self-trust. Sessions are held via Zoom or phone.
Yoga & Movement
These private yoga-based sessions blend trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body and emotions. Whether you’re looking to create a home practice or deepen your connection to self, this is a supportive space to flow at your own pace.
About Me.
I’m Caitlin Rose—a trauma-informed somatic coach, Master's-level therapist, and yoga instructor based in Boston. I combine evidence-based practices to help people reconnect with themselves and create sustainable change. My journey began with yoga and expanded into counseling, polyvagal theory, somatic EMDR, and expressive movement. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling alongside advanced certifications in yoga, health coaching, and somatic therapies. My approach is gentle, grounded, and rooted in curiosity. I work especially well with sensitive, high-achieving women who are craving more ease, embodiment, and self-trust in their lives.
