These 60-minute private sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm through intuitive, trauma-informed movement. Whether you're new to yoga, returning to your mat, or seeking a more personalized experience, we’ll work together to create a practice that meets you where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Sessions may include breathwork, somatic awareness, gentle flow, restorative poses, or guided meditation—depending on your needs that day.. Sessions are held online via Zoom, or in person within accessible distance from Boston.
