Service Description
This 60-minute sound bath is designed to help you unwind, release, and reconnect with your body and breath. I’ll guide you through a deeply restorative sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls to help calm your nervous system and reduce stress. Sessions can be held in your home or private space. Please have a quiet, comfortable space available for setup. Mats, blankets, or pillows are encouraged. Available to clients within accessible distance from central Boston (please inquire before booking).
